A short walk in the vineyards and olive trees, where you’ll learn more about the different method of cultivation, then the visit of 3 different cellar. “Vinsantaia” where the dessert wine is made, “Tinaia” a traditional cellar where the Chianti and Supertuscan ferment and “Barriccaia”, 200 years old cellar where the wine aged in French oak barrels. From our patio, overlooking the garden and vineyards, you’ll taste 5 wines pairing with local food. (bruschetta, salami, ham, pecorino cheese and cantucci biscuits).
