Grappa di Vin Santo is undoubtedly a elightful new addition to the vast panorama of distilled products.
Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes are withered in special rooms and undergo soft pressing. After careful fermentation, the marc is transferred to copper stills to be distilled. Lastly, after aging in oak barrels, the grappa is ready.
It has a refined perfume, with elegant floral and spicy notes. Harmonious and persistent on the palate, it can be appreciated after dinner and is the perfect companion to elegant varieties of tobacco and very fine chocolate, and is even better when enjoyed in pleasant company in an atmospheric setting. |
